    Fast, fresh and yummy! Highly recommend!
    My favorite is the turkey and the avocado... The Beach Club! Can't resist getting a pickle too! So much better than a subway sandwich!!!!
    Highly recommend give them a try!

    I use the app to order from here several times a month. Usually its alright and delivered in a reasonable time frame, although there is always some kind of minor issue like forgetting to cut the sandwich in half or including napkins.

    Today, I received a sandwich with bread so stale that you could literally knock on the bread like you would a door, and it was near impossible to actually bite through. This essentially made my $12 sandwich inedible.

    I will try my luck at the other Jimmy John's down the road.

    Jimmy John's company slogan is "Freaky fast delivery" their commercial advertises this company as being "faster than the fire department." This location FAILS at this EVERY time.  I have yet to get a delivery from this location in under 45 min, and each time I try ordering them because I have limited time to get something to eat, I miss my lunch and have to go without food.

    I asked to be put in contact with an area manager, the manager, Joseph, gave me his "phone number."
    1. Glad I don't work there where your personal information is shared with anyone who asks for it.
    2. Never gave me the area managers name so I'm blindly calling a number.
    3. He gives me the wrong number.

    This location gives a terrible name for there company. Same excuse...we were busy, we were short staffed. I work in retail and even if we are short staffed, we still always adhere to our company's policy. Shame on you.

    Freaky slow delivery.

    Delivery time was scheduled for 12:15. It's 1:15 and it hasn't shown up. This is not the first time it's happened at this location, and it always happens at the other Redmond location.

    We've been here a few times after church, food is always consistent and staff are a blast I wish my apprentice worked as hard as the assistant manager here .
